We were approached to redesign the facade and public areas of The Suite Hotel Gardens, a luxury hotel in the city centre of Frankfurt.
The idea was to create a new and open space like a detached house with a big garden offset. Therefore, we reconstructed and designed the Souterrain area including the facade, garden, lobby as well as the eating, lounge and spa area. To reveal the structure of the building, we created a special plaster for its concrete floor, spread out throughout the whole space.
Characterised by its modern and minimal design, we worked with a muted colour palette ranging from grey to black. The stark contrasts match with the brass elements of the artistic panel behind the reception.
All the furniture was built and designed by our studio.
